Doug Delong, 20 years of culinary experience, one of the original Chefs of the Old Mill Inn in the 1990's. Did an apprenticeship at The Green Hills Inn in 1993 & 1994. Returned to buy the Old Mill Inn in 2008 and restore the original cuisine and ambiance of the historic site after it had closed in 2000.
