22 years of culinary experience, one of the original Chefs of the Old Mill Inn in the 1990's. After Chef Ed retired in 1993, Doug stepped in and maintained his fine cuisine until the Old Mill Inn closed in 2000. Doug did his apprenticeship under the renowned Chef Jay Schaeffer at the former Green Hills Inn in 1993 & 1994. Doug returned to buy the Old Mill Inn in 2008 and restore the original cuisine and ambiance of the historic site after it had closed.
